Kids and Chiropractic research

How To Eat An Elephant

The following excerpt is from my new book How To Eat An Elephant: Simple solutions for lifelong energy and vitality.

How To Eat An Elephant"So how do you eat an elephant?

Well as the saying goes, one bite at a time!

Have you ever wondered why dieting doesn't work? Or why most people let their gym memberships lapse shortly after joining? Or why that positive thinking book or seminar wears off a few weeks after you attended it?

No vaccine blackmail please

VaccinationI was very disappointed to read today that Prime Minister Julia Gillard has decided to resort to blackmail in order to try and get Australian parents to alter their informed, legal option on whether or not vaccination is the best thing to do for the health of their kids.  Does she really think that giving the impression that they are withdrawing $2100 in family benefits (as it turns out conscientious objectors can still get the benefits) is going to change people's mind about what is best for their children?

Chiropractic and cost effectiveness

Would you consider chiropractic care to be an expense or an investment?

Most people will automatically say an expense but when they really think about it they realise that it is an investment too. They realise that they are investing in their future (and present) body, their future health and indeed their future life. As the old saying goes, chiropractic helps people add life to their years. What people often don't realise is that chiropractic is a sound financial investment too.
