There is no better way to stress out your body than not being honest. And it doesn't matter whether we are talking about being honest with others or with yourself.
Some people exercise to feel good, others exercise to look good. Some people exercise so they can say they did, and still more do it for the social aspect. But for me, there is really only one reason to exercise, and that is to stay healthy. By that I mean to make sure my body is in the best possible shape in order to meet the demands of my lifestyle... be that playing cricket, playing with my son, achieving at work or dancing the night away.

The battle to eat healthily is often won and lost at the shops. If you buy healthy stuff during your weekly shop, you are much more likely to be eating healthily throughout the week. I mean let's face it, if you have one of those weak moments when you are home and there is something naughty in the fridge, you are much more likely to eat it then if you had to get dressed, get in the car, drive down to the shops, buy it and drive home again.
